Abstract

The invention relates to an external ointment matrix and a preparation method thereof. The external ointment matrix is characterized by consisting of the following raw materials in part by weight: 900 to 1,100 parts of alseodaphne hainanensis ointment, 90 to 110 parts of medical pressure-sensitive adhesive and 29 to 31 parts of azone. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: respectively putting the alseodaphne hainanensis ointment and the medical pressure-sensitive adhesive in the raw materials into two containers and heating for dissolving at the temperature of between 180 and 200 DEG C; pouring the fully dissolved pressure-sensitive adhesive into the container containing the fully dissolved alseodaphne hainanensis ointment, continuing to heat and stirring continuously, so that the alseodaphne hainanensis ointment and the pressure-sensitive adhesive are dissolved and mixed fully to prepare ointment for later use; continuing to heat the mixed ointment over fire, stopping heating until the temperature in the container reaches between 180 and 220 DEG C for cooling; and adding the azone into the raw materials into the ointment of which the temperature is between 150 and 180 DEG C, stirring fully and uniformly to obtain the ointment matrix. The permeability of medicaments can be promoted due to the selection of the medical pressure-sensitive adhesive made of a high molecular nanometer material, so the external ointment has numerous advantages of the conventional ointment with a hard matrix, enables the ointment matrix to be soft, allows patients to apply conveniently, adaptively and comfortably, and is favorable for absorbing the medicaments by subcutaneous deep tissue.
本发明涉及一种外用软膏药基质及其制备方法,其特征在于由以下原料组成,其重量组份为:油丹膏900-1100,医用压敏胶,氮酮29-31。取原料中的油丹膏、医用压敏分别放入两个容器内加热溶解,其温度为180-200℃;将完全溶解后的压敏胶倒入完全溶解的油丹膏容器内继续加热并不断搅拌使两者充分溶解融合,制成膏药备用;将上述混合好的膏药继续上火加热,当容器内温度达180-220℃时停火、冷却。取原料中的氮酮加入温度为150-180℃的上述膏药内,充分搅拌均匀,即得本软膏药基质。本发明由于选用了高分子纳米材料的医用压敏胶,可促进药物通透性,因此不仅继承了传统硬基质膏药的诸多长处和优点,而且使膏药基质变得柔软,患者贴敷方便、适应、舒服,而且利于皮下深层组织对药物的吸收。
