Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing an all-rubber powder elastic body from waste rubber, which comprises the following steps of: soaking 100 parts of waste rubber with 40 to 120 meshes in rubber powder treating agents of trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate and acetone for 1 to 3 hours so as to prepare modified rubber powder; performing thin-passing on the modified rubber powder on a two-roller open mill for three times; adding dicumyl peroxide, zinc oxide and stearic acid, mixing at the roller temperature of between 50 and 80 DEG C for 3 to 5 minutes, and discharging; and performing mold pressing for 10 to 15 minutes under the conditions of the temperature of between 100 and 130 DEG C and the pressure of 5 to 8MPa. By pretreating the rubber powder and modifying the rubber powder with a vulcanizing modifier, the prepared all-rubber powder elastic body has the advantages of uniform inner distribution, a structure of a fracture surface similar to that of raw and natural rubber, tensile strength improved by 3 to 5 times compared with that of the conventional rubber powder treated by phenylhydrazine and ZnCl2, excellent performance, direct and wide use as a rubber sheet, lower price than raw and natural rubber, and obvious economic benefit.
本发明公开了一种用废旧橡胶制备全胶粉弹性体的方法。是将40~120目的废旧橡胶粉100份,在三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯和丙酮的胶粉处理剂中浸泡1~3小时,得到改性胶粉;在双辊开炼机中将改性胶粉薄通三次;再加入过氧化二异丙苯,氧化锌,硬脂酸,在辊筒温度50~80℃混炼3~5min,出片;再在温度100~130℃,压力5~8MPa条件下模压10~15min。本发明通过对胶粉的预处理及硫化改性剂改性后,内部分布均匀,拉断面具有与原生天然橡胶拉伸断面相似的结构,其拉伸强度比现有利用苯肼和ZnCl2处理的胶粉的拉伸强度提高了3-5倍;其性能优异、可直接作为橡胶片材广泛应用,但价格比原生天然橡胶低廉,具有明显的经济效益。
