本发明公开了一种光伏组件及其制备方法,该组件在其背侧设置含有红外辐射材料的高红外辐射率结构。本发明加大了组件通过辐射向周围环境传递热量,降低组件运行温度,进而降低组件因温度升高而带来的输出损失,同时也可延长组件的使用寿命,具有现实的积极意义。
The invention discloses a photovoltaic assembly and a preparation method thereof. A high infrared radiance structure containing infrared radiation materials is arranged on the back of the photovoltaic assembly. According to the invention, the heat transferred to a surrounding environment by the photovoltaic assembly through radiation is enlarged, and the operating temperature of the photovoltaic assembly is reduced, therefore, the output loss brought about by the temperature increase of the photovoltaic assembly is reduced; in addition, the service life of the photovoltaic assembly can be prolonged and realistic positive significance is obtained.
