Abstract

本发明公开了一种盘形闸工作间隙监测装置,包括若干位移传感器、智能数据采集器、通信接口、计算机主机;所述位移传感器用于感应盘形闸瓦与制动盘的闸间隙信号,所述位移传感器输出连续信号,所述智能采集器连接所述位移传感器,用于采集所述闸间隙信号,并将所述闸间隙信号通过所述通信接口传到所述计算机主机,在所述计算机主机进行数据处理。本发明的盘形闸工作间隙监测装置主要针对闸间隙这个重要的参数,可对地面主、副井绞车,井下斜巷绞车的盘形闸间隙进行实时检测,给出定量的可靠数据,如有超限或故障,能立刻发出声光报警信号,提示绞车司机注意安全。
The invention discloses a device for monitoring the working clearance of a disc brake. The device comprises a plurality of displacement sensors, an intelligent data acquisition unit, a communication interface and a host computer, wherein the displacement sensors are used for sensing a brake clearance signal between a disc brake shoe and a brake disc and outputting continuous signals; and the intelligent data acquisition unit is connected with the displacement sensors and is used for acquiring the brake clearance signal, transmitting the brake clearance signal to the host computer through the communication interface and processing data in the host computer. By adopting the device for monitoring the working clearance of the disc brake, the brake clearance serving as an important parameter can be monitored mainly, disc brake clearances of a main ground well winch, an auxiliary ground well winch and an underground inclined drift winch can be detected in real time, quantitative reliable data are given, and sound and light alarm signals can be transmitted immediately in case of ultra-limit or failure to remind a winch driver of being careful.
