Method for preparing ammonium chloride by recovered modified zeolite

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing ammonium chloride by a recovered modified zeolite. In the method, a counter-current regeneration tower technology is adopted; counter-current washing is performed on the recovered modified zeolite through hydrochloric acid; then absorbed ammonia nitrogen is recovered in an ammonium chloride concentrate form; finally the ammonium chloride concentrate is directly evaporated to obtain a solid ammonium chloride fertilizer; after the above steps, the regenerated modified zeolite is put into the pre-treatment process of breeding waste water again as an adsorbent in order to recycle the ammonia adsorption, wherein the recovered modified zeolite refers to the saturated modified zeolite after adsorbing the ammonia nitrogen, and the modified zeolite is prepared by mixing natural zeolite with magnesium oxide, then roasting and cooling. The method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of fully utilized resources, energy saving and environmental protection, low technology cost, high product additional value and the like.
本发明公开了一种回收改性沸石制备氯化铵的方法,该方法是采用逆流再生塔工艺,通过盐酸对所述回收改性沸石进行逆流冲刷,之后以氯化铵浓缩液的形式回收吸附的氨氮,最后直接蒸发氯化铵浓缩液得到固态氯化铵肥料;经过前述步骤后,再生后的改性沸石则作为吸附剂重新投加到养殖废水的预处理过程中,进行氨氮吸附的循环利用;其中回收改性沸石是指吸附氨氮饱和后的改性沸石,且改性沸石是由天然沸石与氧化镁混合后经焙烧、冷却制备得到。本发明的方法具有资源利用充分、节能环保、工艺成本低、产品附加值高等优点。
