Abstract

The invention provides a preparation method of an aluminium-tin alloy, and relates to a preparation method of an intermediate alloy for producing a titanium alloy. The method is characterized in that the method adopts an intermediate-frequency vacuum induction smelting method and uses aluminium and tin as raw materials to prepare the finished product through intermediate-frequency vacuum induction smelting. Compared with the prior art, the preparation method has the following benefits: 1) the method is convenient for the preparation of the titanium alloy, used to prepare the titanium alloy: the intermediate alloy can be added to spongy titanium and aluminium shot in an alloy cladding manner and when the titanium alloy is smelted in a vacuum consumable furnace, as the components of ingots are uniform, the current can be controlled easily and the preparation of the titanium alloy is convenient; 2) the components are stable: when metal oxides are used as raw materials and the metal thermal reduction process is adopted to produce the intermediate alloy, the alloy has poor uniformity, higher degree of segregation and bad compactness, and the alloy produced by adopting the method is uniform and stable and has good compactness; and 3) the alloy smelting method effectively overcomes the defects that the segregation of the alloy is easy and the compactness is bad, and the production and operation of the titanium alloy are convenient.
一种铝锡合金的制备方法,涉及一种生产钛合金的中间合金的制备方法。其特征在于其制备采用中频真空感应熔炼法,以铝和锡为原料,通过中频真空感应熔炼得到最终产品。本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下效益:1、便于钛合金的制备。采用本发明的中间合金制备钛合金,可以以合金包形式加入海绵钛、铝豆中,用真空自耗炉冶炼钛合金时,因锭子成分均匀则容易控制电流的大小,方便了钛合金的制备。2、成分稳定。以金属氧化物为原料采用金属热还原法生产的中间合金,合金均匀性差,偏析程度较大,致密性不好。本发明生产的合金均匀稳定,致密性好。3、本发明的冶炼合金的方法,有效了解决了合金容易偏析和致密性差的缺陷,方便了钛合金生产与操作。
