Novel wall brick manufactured by utilizing fluorgypsum and tailing waste residues and preparation method for novel wall brick

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of building materials, and in particular relates to a wall brick and a preparation method thereof. The novel wall brick is manufactured by utilizing fluorgypsum and tailing waste residues, and is characterized by being prepared from a solid material, an active excitant and water, wherein the active excitant is 0.2 to 0.4 percent of the total mass of the solid material, and the water is 10 to 15 percent of the total mass of the solid material and the active excitant; and the solid material consists of the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 20 to 60 percent of fluorgypsum, 20 to 44.5 percent of tailing waste residues, 10 to 30 percent of other aggregates and 5 to 10 percent of basic material. The invention has the characteristic that:the wall brick is low in production cost.
本发明属于建筑材料技术领域,具体涉及一种墙体砖及其制备方法。利用氟石膏和尾矿废渣制造的新型墙体砖,其特征在于它由固体材料、活性激发剂和水制备而成,活性激发剂为固体材料总质量的0.2~0.4%,水为固体材料和活性激发剂总质量的10~15%;所述固体材料由氟石膏、尾矿废渣、其它骨料和碱性材料组成,固体材料中各原料所占质量百分比为:氟石膏20%~60%,尾矿废渣20%~44.5%,其它骨料10%~30%,碱性材料5~10%。该墙体砖具有生产成本低的特点。
