Abstract

本发明述及一种TiO2纳米管催化剂催化活性再生、增强的有效方法,包括以下步骤:步骤1,配置芬顿Fenton溶液,使用稀H2SO4将作为溶剂的水的pH值调至4,再在溶剂中依次加入FeSO4和H2O2,得到芬顿Fenton溶液,其中,H2O2摩尔浓度在1mmol·L-1-100mmol·L-1范围内,Fe2+摩尔浓度在0.1mmol·L-1-10mmol·L-1范围内,H2O2和Fe2+的摩尔配比在1∶1-10∶0.1范围内;步骤2,将TiO2纳米管催化剂完全浸入芬顿Fenton溶液中,浸泡10min-180min,取出后用水冲洗干净。经处理后,TiO2纳米管催化剂的催化活性不仅得到再生,还能显著增强。本发明中,处理TiO2催化剂的方法简单,易于操作,对设备要求低,易于在TiO2催化剂光催化降解污染物,治理环境污染领域得到开发应用。
The invention relates to an effective method for regenerating and enhancing the catalytic activity of a TiO2 nano tube catalyst. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, preparing a Fenton solution, namely, regulating the pH value of water serving as a solvent to 4 with diluted H2SO4, successively adding Fe2SO4 and H2O2 in the solvent to obtain the Fenton solution, wherein the molar concentration of H2O2 is in a range of 1mmol.L<-1>-100mmol.L<-1>, the molar concentration of Fe<2+> is in a range of 0.1mmol.L<-1>-10mmol.L<-1>, and the molar ratio of H2O2 to Fe<2+> is (1:1)-(10:0.1); and step 2, completely immersing the TiO2 nano tube catalyst in the Fenton solution for 10 minutes-180 minutes, taking out the TiO2 nano tube catalyst and washing the TiO2 nano tube catalyst with water. After treatment, the catalytic activity of the TiO2 nano tube catalyst is regenerated and also obviously enhanced. According to the invention, the method for treating the TiO2 catalyst is simple, easy to operate and low in equipment requirement and is easily developed and applied in the fields of pollutant photocatalytic degradation of the TiO2 catalyst and environment pollution treatment.
