Abstract

The invention discloses a plant rooting agent which is composed of indolebutyric acid, alpha-naphthylacetic acid, boric oxide, alcohol and water, wherein the rooting agent per kilogram comprises 200 to 400 mg indolebutyric acid, 200 to 300 mg alpha-naphthylacetic acid, 100 to 200 mg boric oxide, and the balance of alcohol and water, and the mass ratio of the alcohol and the water is 1: 30. The plant rooting agent disclosed by the invention can obviously enable the rooting time to be early, and can improve the rooting efficiency, axillary buds of a zelkova serrata scion wood processed by the plant rooting agent start to bud in about the 18th day after the cutting, and slight calluses start to appear at a lower incision of the scion wood in two days after the scion wood buds; along with the temperature rise, all axillary buds bud and grow young leaves in about the 35th day after the cutting, and more than 90% sutting woods are generated into calluses; the processed sutting woods mainly carry out callus rooting, the rooting of the sutting woods is intensive, the root system number is more, and the lateral roots are flourishing.
本发明公开了一种植物生根剂,包括吲哚丁酸、α-萘乙酸、氧化硼、酒精和水,每公斤生根剂中吲哚丁酸的质量含量为200-400mg,α-萘乙酸的质量含量为200-300mg,氧化硼的质量含量为100-200mg,余量为酒精和水,酒精和水的质量比为1:30。本发明植物生根剂能显著提早生根时间,能提高生根效率,经本发明植物生根剂处理的榉树穗条,在扦插后第18天左右腋芽开始萌动,穗条萌芽后2天内穗条下切口开始出现少量愈伤组织;随着气温升高,扦插后第35天左右腋芽全部萌动并长出幼叶,并且90%以上插穗生成愈伤组织;经处理的插穗以愈伤生根为主,插穗的生根呈密集爆发式,根系数量较多,侧根发达。
